Artichocke "tastets": artichoke au gratin with goat cheese and anchovy, filled with mushrooms and quail fried egg or with Iranian caviar. Black "butifarra", broad beans and apples coated in caramel. Homemade desserts.
Dishes:
The tapas are incredible and the price matches the quality and elaboration of the dishes. If you'd like to try everything the chef can do, order the "tastets" menu and you will enjoy little bits of everything.
