Comments: Located on the top of Hotel Hesperia Tower, Evo used to be run by the internationally renowned chef Santi Santamaría. His legacy is superb signature cuisine with traditional roots and special attention to the product, now prepared by chef Ismael Alegría. Pure gastronomic luxury in an original, sophisticated space located in a glass dome that turns the restaurant in to an excellent viewpoint.
Dishes: Asparagus from Gavà with beetroot and Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar in creamy sauce. Galician oyster with consomé and beef tendon. Fresh fish from Blanes with mussels, morels and gnocchi with cream. The dishes in the menu change very often.
