Comment: Charming, special and stuck in time, Belvedere is the restaurant and cocktail bar owned by prestigious bartender Ginés Pérez and his wife Nati, who cooking with love and good products, all day long, excellent traditional dishes. Located in a beautiful passage of Barcelona’s Eixample, the space is a true (and surprisingly unknown) gem in the area.
Dishes: Chickpeas with prawns. Oxtail. Hare stew with lentils. Steak tartare. Salmon and shrimp tartare. Roasted duck with dried apricots, plums and pine nuts. Cod stew with eels. Pig trotters with turnip. Bourguignon style stew. Lobster fideuá.
