Comments: Ramon Freixa landed at Ávalon, the restaurant of Barcelona’s Grand Hotel Central, with a top quality gastronomic offer with really good value for money. His creations -traditional Catalan-inspired- are updated with the chef’s unmistakable touch. The restaurant is a modern and sober space placed on the building’s ground floor.

Dishes: Malaga salad with orange and cod. Potato salad version FRX. Rice with butifarra and squid. Tuna tartar with ‘coca de recapte’ and black olives. Turbot with asparagus and almonds. Beef tartar with mustard ice cream and walnut bread.
