1. Choose the restaurant where you want to make the reservation.
2. Choose a date available in the calendar (shown in orange).
3. Select the number of people.
4. Choose the time of the reservation and the set menu in case it is required and then click on Make Reservation.
5. Write your details in order to complete the reservation.
6. Your reservation has been made successfully.
Note: Group reservations won’t be valid without our confirmation. Once you have made a reservation, you have to wait for the confirmation from our reservation centre.

Is it a safe process?
Absolutely safe. Reservations are sent straightaway to the restaurant and controlled all the time by our reservation centre.
How are the discounts and promotions applied?
Discounts and promotions are applied on the total price of the bill at the time of paying at the restaurant, unless the particular conditions of a restaurant provide otherwise
Do I need a confirmation from the restaurant?
No. Reservations are sent straightaway to the restaurant and controlled all the time by our reservation centre, so you don’t need to contact the restaurant.
What if I am late?
If your delay is more than 15 minutes, the restaurant has the right to cancel your confirmation or the conditions of the reservation. In this case, we advise you to ask the restaurant if the reservations conditions are cancelled.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Right after you make a reservation, we send you an email with all the details and a link you can use to cancel it. You can also do it from Your Reservations (at the top of the page) or from your User Area if you are registered.
Can I modify a reservation?
No. Reservations can’t be modified. If you want to modify a reservation, you must cancel it and make it again. You can also send us an email to a email@example.com or call us on 933 300 303 and we will arrange the changes for you.
